Please note for hygiene reasons, socks are not refundable in any circumstances but we can prepare a new pair of socks for you if a defective is found. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
The exchange must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date, otherwise we can’t offer you an exchange. On the other hand, all regular priced or sale items can be exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the defective. Please do not send your purchase back to our office.
